In a separate platter/dish mix all the dry ingredients
In a bowl, beat the 4 eggs
Deep your Hake Fillets into the egg mixture, then into the flour mixture and then into the pan, fry for +- 3minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the fillet.
When the fillets are golden brown, take them out and rest them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Serve with your desired sides, ie Potato Chips, Garden Salad, etc
